Biography

Samuel Fisher is a small business owner, Attorney, and most importantly- A husband and father. Sam is married to Cecilia Fisher, a veterinarian and small business owner, and together they have three children in the Lee County Schools: Logan, Annika and Nora.

A resident of Cape Coral, Sam is deeply invested in the community, it is where he is running his business and raising his family. Before entering the private sector, Sam worked for the State at the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel. During his time there he worked his way up to be Chief Assistant Regional Counsel of the 14-county agency, where he handled administrative, budgetary, and legislative matters for over 100 employees. Sam then went on to open his own private law practice and his family veterinary practice with his wife Cecilia.

Sam is strongly involved his community where he has served as a Governing Board Member of the City of Cape Coral Oasis Charter School System, a member of the MPO Citizen’s advisory committee, a graduate of the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class, and as a trustee of the Cape Coral Civic Association. Additionally, Sam supports organizations such as the Cape Coral Animal Shelter, Wolfhound’s Legacy, and Cape Coral Youth Soccer.
