Re-enroll Students

• Parents that do not have a FOCUS Parent Portal account will need to create an account.
• Parents that have a Focus Parent Portal Account will need to log into their current FOCUS Parent Portal account.
• Open forms
• Select Re-enrollment
• Respond to questions
• Select the blue Submit Request button.

After submitting the request for Re-enrollment

• Select green bar and finalize the re-enrollment information
• Upload requested documents

After staff validates all documents parent will receive a notification to complete a school choice application in Focus.

If enrolling for the upcoming school year, selection will not occur until open enrollment (monitor District website for dates).

Student would first need a school of enrollment in their residential/proximity zone. Parent may then submit a cross zone waiver for review. Information and waiver form are located in the Appeals/Waiver tile.

If sibling is enrolled in a school out of zone- waiver is not needed siblings will be placed together if they have a common parent and common address in FOCUS.

Students that have a common parent and common address in FOCUS will be placed in the same school together. As NEW students are enrolled or re-enrolled they will be linked with their sibling and preplaced in the same school during the School Selection window January 21- February 28. Parent will receive an email from FOCUS the following day after the enrollment is finalized and approved indicating the school of enrollment. If there are questions email [email protected].

*There is no guarantee of enrollment in the same school after Open Enrollment has closed on February 28. Exceptions may occur as a result of programs.
