Naming Suggestions Needed for Two New Schools

Suggestions are currently being accepted for a new high school in Alva and a new elementary school in Lehigh Acres. Both schools are supported by the half-cent sales tax approved by voters in 2018 and help to alleviate overcrowding in East Region schools.

Cape Coral High's Daniel Lynn is one of 13 high school bowlers that represented Lee County in the FHSAA State Tournament. Lynn won the whole thing in an uphill climb including going against a Mariner High bowler in the semifinals.
