A list of career opportunities shall be posted on the District website for a minimum of five (5) consecutive work days prior to filling a vacant position.
If a vacant position exists, the applicant whose qualifications, seniority, work experience, and interview responses are superior shall be offered the position.
Current employees of the District who apply for a vacant position shall be given first consideration prior to external applicants.
Vacant positions for summer school and summer programs will be posted and filled in accordance with Article 5.06 and the Summer School Handbook.
The District will follow the Leadership Talent Acquisition and Development (LTAD) Manual for employment opportunities for school-based administrator positions.
