Vendor Fingerprinting
Fingerprinting services for contractors with the School District of Lee County are provided by Fieldprint. There are multiple local locations that offer Fieldprint fingerprinting services. There are also authorized service centers throughout Florida and the U.S.
Please note: If you are an agent/representative of an insurance company wishing to provide services to District employees, e.g., 403(b)s or 457(b)s, you must contact Benefits & Wellness at (239) 337-8321 or [email protected] prior to beginning the process of requesting a JLA (Jessica Lunsford Act) statewide contractor badge.
Effective April 7, 2025, all contractors providing services who will have direct contact with students or when students are present on campus are required to undergo a background screening, including fingerprinting and a photograph for review and clearance by the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. This process is coordinated by the District’s Department of Professional Standards.
