FGCU Collegiate

The Application period for the High School FGCU Collegiate runs from January 16, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. to January 26, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. Parents can access the online form in the Focus Parent Portal.

Through this partnership established with Florida Gulf Coast University, students will earn 48-60 hours of university credit. Coursework may be taught by FGCU faculty or qualified teachers, and may be offered on the FGCU campus during the spring, fall and summer semesters.

Students enrolled in the FGCU Collegiate Academy will have access to all the services offered to students at the university, including library services, tutoring and writing consultation.

Upon successful completion of the program, students who continue with FGCU will earn an Associate’s Degree after one completed semester. Students who transfer to another in-state university will receive certification from FGCU that all general education requirements for a Bachelor’s Degree have been met.
