Noel Devine Jr. is a three-sport athlete making waves in football. He already has three Division One scholarship offers to play football from three top schools and helped lead Caloosa Middle's basketball team to back-to-back undefeated seasons and District titles. He also keeps up Honor Roll grades while excelling on the field and court.
