Your Contact Information
Please keep your phone number and email contact information up-to-date so you can be contacted. Student Enrollment cannot reach parents/guardian if contact information is missing, inaccurate or voice mail box is full. Parent/Guardian is responsible for notifying the current school or Student Enrollment of any changes to address or telephone numbers. Student residential address changes require proper documentation (photo ID and current utility bill or lease).
Sibling Guarantee
Parents may choose to request their younger child(ren) be enrolled in the same school by providing an application with all siblings on the same application. Siblings are defined as children residing at the same address and having the same guardians.
Parents/Guardians will be offered enrollments to those siblings only when vacancies occur at all grade levels required, thereby honoring the request for a Sibling Guarantee enrollment.
