Dunbar High School has achieved extraordinary recognition in the 2026 NCWIT Aspirations in Computing Awards – Southwest Florida Region. Dunbar students earned an exceptional number of distinctions across all categories — including multiple SWFL Affiliate Winners, Honorable Mentions, Rising Stars, and a prestigious National Award Winner. Out of 36 total regional honorees, Dunbar High School secured 13 recognitions, reinforcing the strength of its STEM pathways and commitment to advancing young women in computing.
