New Assistant Principal Training 

Purpose: The New Assistant Principal Induction Program provides essential support and guidance to our incoming leaders, fostering growth, equipping them with essential skills, and cultivating a community of collaboration and excellence as they embark on their leadership journey within the School District of Lee County.

Newly appointed assistant principals are trained on the following topics:

Every new assistant principal is paired with an eLEEte Mentor during their first year.
