Use a District Computer to Present

Advantages

  • Already configured to useScreenBeam.
  • Minimally restricted Internet access.
  • Ready to go when you arrive.

What You'll Need

  • Arrive 30 minutes before your presentation.
  • Load your content on our PC (from your cloud provider or USB flash drive).

Supported Content Formats

  • Cloud Based Storage (Google Drive, One Drive, etc.)
  • Flash Drive with Support Files (PowerPoint, PDF, etc.)

Use Your Own Computer to Present

Limitations

  • Windows, Mac and Chrome device need to be updated to the most recent/supported operating system.
  • Minimal technical support can be provided for guest computers.

What You'll Need

  1. Arrive 30-60 minutes before your presentation.
  2. Join the "Presenter" WiFi network.
  3. Authenticate on WiFi network using credentials supplied by your host.
  4. Follow the steps provided by ScreenBeam to connect and present to the displays in your meeting room.
