Registering by Email

Send registration paperwork, registration form and records release form to [email protected]

  • Please include your child’s full name in the subject line for every email.
  • Due to email size limitations paperwork may be split into multiple emails.

Please note: Due to high volume of emails, allow staff 72 hours to respond.

Registration paperwork can be placed in the secure drop box located at Student Enrollment entrance. (Please place paperwork in an envelope with your child's name printed on the outside of the envelope).

For assistance, send email to [email protected] for questions regarding registration and enrollment into a School District of Lee County public school or Lee County Virtual school. Please include your child’s full name in the subject line of any emails you send to student enrollment.


Registration requirements include: child's birth certificate, child's immunization record, child's wellness physical (dated within one year)*, child social security card (option), parent photo ID, proof of current address (recent utility bill or lease), custody documents if applicable.

*A physical exam dated within 12 months prior to registration is required of all students K-12 except those transferring from any Florida public or private school. This must be done and signed by a physician, PA, ARNP or chiropractor.
