The School District of Lee County is seeking full and part time Speech Language Pathologists who love working with children and values working with passionate educators!

Position Overview

To provide assessment, diagnostic, therapeutic, and instructional support services for speech-language impaired students in order to meet requirements for provision of Individual Educational Plans (IEP) with students with disabilities as mandated by District, State, and Federal requirements and regulations.


  • Master's degree or higher with graduate major in speech-language pathology.
  • Valid Florida teacher certification and/or valid license in speech-language pathology.

Salary Information

  • Base salary range = $40,000.00 - $61,984.59*
  • One of two Speech Lanaguage Pathologist salary supplements:
    • With certificate of Clinical Competency = $8,000.00
    • Without certificate of Clinical Competency = $7,400.00
  • Position may also be eligible for additional master's degree salary supplement = $2,500.00
