The Student Records Office of the Lee County School District works with school staff, parents, former students, government agencies, and several other organizations.
We maintain inactive cumulative records of students who have graduated, transferred, or left the district and are no longer enrolled in a Lee County Public School.
Copies of student records may be released upon written request or consent of the student's parent or guardian, or the adult student who is 18 years of age or older. See Below for the "Permission for Release, Review or Copy of Information of Student Records"
To request a transcript for a student, you must either be the legal guardian, parent, or the student if you are over 18 years of age. For Transcript Requests, you may contact Karen Lepore at 239-337-8182. Requests may be mailed or picked up at the following address:

Student Records hours will be open to the public from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m - 1:00 p.m.
The cost of a transcript is $1.00. This may be paid by cash, check, or money order. Please make checks or money orders payable to The Lee County School District.
