Reminder for All

All benefits are effective the first of the month following a 45-day waiting period with the exception of supplemental life insurance over $100,000 for employee and over $20,000 for spouse supplemental life as these require medical underwriting and cannot become effective until approved by the carrier.

Not only is it important select the benefits that meet your needs, but it may be as equally important to see approximately how much you can expect to be deducted from your paychecks each pay period. Please click on Benefit Deduction Worksheet to use as tool to help you determine the total deductions / premiums that will be deducted from each paycheck.

***Attention 20 Pay Employees***

PLEASE NOTE: The premiums rates listed on the Premium Rate Sheet below are based on 24 pay periods. Employees that receive 20 paychecks (i.e. 186-day work schedule) will pay the rates listed with an additional 20% pre-pay which will be applied toward summer coverage. The Flex Credit amount also includes an extra 20% summer contribution.
