Today, I have formally accepted a position at Edison State College. I have informed our local School Board members and I have withdrawn my name from consideration for the superintendent’s position in Clark County, Nevada.

The opportunity to work with the education professionals at Edison State College is a huge honor for me. To be a part of Dr. Walker and the Board of Trustee’s vision will allow me to grow professionally as well as personally.

My time in Lee County Public Schools has been a wonderful experience – one that I will always value. I’ve had the privilege of working with some of America’s most outstanding teachers, administrators, support staff and School Board members.
