The Finance Advisory
Committee shall consist of fifteen members. The Board will appoint 15
members to the Finance Advisory Committee, three selected by each School
Board Member, with reasonable efforts made to have at least one of whom
reside in that Member’s residence area and at least one of whom is a
minority. The Superintendent shall assign no more than three appropriate
District staff as liaisons.
The purpose of the finance
committee shall be to provide input, advice and support in the preparation
of the operating and capital budget for the School District of Lee County;
and in the development of schedules of compensation for District staff and
Board Members. THE
