The Board requested that the chairpersons of the
various Board advisory committees meet on a periodic basis for the primary purpose of coordinating
efforts and learning what each committee is working on in order to avoid duplication of effort.
Each chair briefly discuss what their committee is working on. The meeting is subject to the
Sunshine Law.
